The Delegates Arrive
From the World Over
Arriving mostly by plane, the delegates begin to pour into Cape Town.
Airports are amazing places. They are like the worm holes that physicists describe. You enter in one end and magically pop out somewhere else.
The Flow
As with most intense things there is both good and bad. Good at the rejoining of friends, the arrival somewhere bright with promise, or perhaps a needed vacation.
The Ebb
Bad at the separation of loved ones, leaving unfinished business or arriving some place where you do not know your place.
May We Help You?
For uncertain delegates to the Parliament, a welcoming committee showed up to help with directions and transportation.
Happy to Arrive
This group had been on airplanes for the last 24 hours.
A Warm Reception
These folks had their own welcoming committee.
So did this group.
