Provisions
Moab
We have already been camping for 4 or 5 days, so our first stop is Moab for provisions, email and two loads of laundry. Our best deals by far were found at the thrift store on 500 West Street.
Down we go
After checking in with the Ranger at Island in the Sky we descend Shaffer's trail to the White Rim Road.

Airport Tower
Our camp for the first night was at the base of the majestic Airport Tower. We had soup and chips and salsa for dinner.
