After receiving news of a somewhat disappointing end-of-year bonus, I am able to walk away from Ernst & Young with no regrets. Although money appears to be tight at the very outset of our trip, Dana and I remain committed to seeing and experiencing as much of the world as we can. We have faith in the fact that we will be able to endure all of the challenges placed before us during our time abroad. Besides, not having enough money now will be good practice for the rest of our trip.
