AUGUST 7 - I have been on a diet for almost a year now, lost 50 pounds, which I hope never to ever find again! I am in a size 6, but am aiming for size 4...I'm short. Nine pounds left to go, and they seem to be the most resistant to get rid of. I recently got a palm pilot and I keep my food menu for each day of the week on that, which makes it really easy for me to remember what I'm supposed to be eating, or just to check out what's for dinner. I like Jenny Craig food a lot. The Curves exercise place is great! Too bad they aren't open after 7pm. Tonight I was going to take a walk instead (it's 7:32pm) but it's raining and thundering like crazy. I will plug in an exercise tape. Enjoyed pizza for dinner!
August 14 - Jenny Craig weigh-in, 132.4 and only 7.4 pounds to go!
August 17 - Discussed weekly diet plans with my sister today, who is losing weight with Jenny Craig plan like crazy. I keep my daily food list on my Palm Pilot and it's really easy to access when I'm away from home. I need to exercise! I need to drink more water! How will I keep this weight off? I need inspiration!
